Created in 2018 and from the Bordeaux region, Maris Jothieu is above all the association of two worlds, sculpture and technology.
A designer and sculptor since childhood, he is influenced by the world of the 80s. Self-taught, he takes the path of digital sculpture to rub shoulders with the world of video games, advertising and collectible figurines. His influences are very varied but we generally find there comics, cartoons, art and cinema.
In his professional experience he crossed the road of new technologies which will allow him to give life and birth to a multitude of projects. 3D printing will then allow the physical creation of digital sculptures which will then be reworked by hand, painted and varnished. The magic operates and the alchemy of this meeting allows the creation of pop sculptures with an equally quirky design.
